Shipping & Delivery

1. General information

Orders are shipped primarily from our warehouse in the Czech Republic. Items that are in stock are usually dispatched within 1 business day after order confirmation or receipt of payment.

The exact delivery time depends on the availability of the specific product, the selected shipping method and the delivery address. You will receive the estimated delivery date in your order confirmation or from your account manager.

2. Delivery times within Czechia

For deliveries within the Czech Republic, the following indicative delivery times usually apply:

  • Standard courier service: typically 1–2 business days from dispatch.
  • Remote or hard‑to‑reach areas: delivery may take 2–3 business days.
  • Backorder or supplier items: delivery time is agreed individually based on availability at the manufacturer or distributor.

In exceptional situations (public holidays, carrier outages, force majeure) delivery times may be temporarily extended.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend mainly on the weight and volume of the shipment and the selected carrier. The exact shipping price is always shown in the order summary before you confirm the order and in the order confirmation.

  • Courier delivery to an address within Czechia – flat or weight‑based fee (excl./incl. VAT).
  • For oversized or heavy shipments, the price may be agreed individually.
  • For long‑term B2B cooperation, individual shipping price lists can be agreed.

If free or discounted shipping applies (for example above a certain order value), this is clearly indicated in the offer or in the order confirmation.

4. Carriers

For deliveries within Czechia we cooperate with established parcel and courier companies, typically a combination of carriers such as PPL, DPD, GLS and others.

  • Courier services – door‑to‑door delivery to your address.
  • Pickup points / parcel shops of selected carriers where available.

The specific carrier for your shipment is stated in the order confirmation or agreed individually with your account manager.

5. International shipping

We also deliver to other EU countries and selected non‑EU destinations. International shipping conditions (method, price, delivery time) are always agreed individually depending on the destination country, shipment volume and customer requirements.
