FindTechSupply

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of goods via the FindTechSupply B2B platform. They are designed primarily for customers based in the Czech Republic and other EU countries. In case of discrepancies between language versions, the Czech wording prevails.

1. Contracting parties

The seller is DLC Dynamics s.r.o., Teslova 1129/2b, 70200 Ostrava, Czech Republic. The buyer can be either a business customer (B2B) or a consumer. If the buyer provides a VAT/Tax ID during ordering, it is presumed the purchase is made within a business activity.

2. Scope and applicability

These Terms apply to all distance contracts concluded via the FindTechSupply online shop, including sales to consumers in the Czech Republic and other EU member states. For B2B customers, individual contractual arrangements may supplement or modify these Terms.

3. Orders and conclusion of contract

Product listings on the website are for information only and do not constitute a binding offer. A contract is concluded when the seller confirms the buyer’s order (typically by e‑mail). By submitting an order, the buyer confirms that they have read these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the information on Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Claims.

4. Prices and payment

Current prices are shown in the catalogue. Information on VAT, other charges and available payment methods is provided during the checkout process or in a framework agreement with the customer.

5. Shipping and risk of damage

Detailed shipping conditions are available in the Shipping & Delivery section. The risk of damage passes to the buyer upon receipt of the goods from the carrier; the buyer is advised to check the shipment immediately upon delivery.

6. Defects, warranty and complaints

Rights arising from defective performance are governed by applicable Czech and EU law. Practical instructions on how to submit a complaint or return goods are provided in the Returns & Claims section.

7. Consumer right of withdrawal

If the buyer is a consumer, they generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from receipt of the goods, subject to conditions laid down by EU and Czech consumer protection law. Details of the withdrawal procedure are available in the Returns & Claims section.

8. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and related legislation. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy .
