Returns & Claims
1. 14-day withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day you receive the goods.
For B2B orders (purchases within business activity), the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply unless agreed otherwise.
2. Return procedure
- Contact us at sales@findtechsupply.com and include your order number, product/MPN and (optionally) the return reason.
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions (address, shipping method, RMA number if required).
- Pack the goods securely and send them back. We recommend including a copy of the invoice/delivery note.
- After receipt we will inspect the goods and inform you about the next steps (refund / replacement / other solution).
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer unless agreed otherwise.
3. Claims (defective goods)
If the goods are defective, please contact us as soon as possible. To speed up processing, provide your order number, a description of the issue, and ideally photos (or a video) of the defect and product label.
If the claim is accepted, we will provide an appropriate solution according to the nature of the defect and applicable law (repair, replacement, discount, withdrawal).
